The importance of giving back to the community can’t be understated and that’s because the secret to living is giving. It’s not about what you do for yourself: It’s about how you’re able to better the lives of the people around you – your loved ones, the people in your community, or the lives of people somewhere else in the world.
Research has identified a link between making a donation to charity and increased activity in the area of the brain that registers pleasure – proving that as the adage goes, it is far better to give than to receive.
Maximum Sports Conditioning is passionate about their communities and local charities. Our inspiring group of members is always front and center with family involvement during charity events. We applaud and appreciate every one of you.
On this page, you will find charity events that have already commenced, along with ones that are up and coming. We have a few charities that are continually on our minds and we support them daily.
If you have a charity that you are passionate about, we’d love to hear about how we can help.
Thank you to all the members who have donated their time, money, and effort into making our charity events memorable. And, thank you to all the businesses and business owners who have volunteered prizes, food, or services in support of our charity events.
The Austin Foundation
In 1997, the Austin Foundation birth as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to meeting the need for youth fitness programming in the Seattle/King County area. Centered on the signature Youth and Fitness program, the Austin Foundation began offering free fitness and health classes at locations around the city. Through partnerships with local schools, community centers, and other youth-serving agencies, the foundation has been able to expand its program coverage and reach a broader spectrum of underserved youth.
The Austin Foundation has been fortunate enough to be able to continue to increase the programs offered and the number students reached thanks to the generous support of our community. Today the Austin Foundation runs a number of after-school fitness programs, evening fitness programs at partnering community centers, and in-school fitness programs at numerous schools throughout the Seattle/King County area. The Austin Foundation continued to expand its programs and pursue partnerships to make our community healthier and safer.

Over $1000 was raised during a one-day sled push challenge for World Wildlife Fund-Australia.
A message from WWF-A:
“The fires are out, and we are now at a critical moment as we work to restore what Australia has lost.”
“The unprecedented fire season saw fires burning in every state and territory in the country, but for the first time this fire season, all fires have now been contained.
It has been a long and hard fight for our volunteer rural firefighters, but the work they have done has been exceptional.
With the fires contained, as a nation, we’re starting to assess what we have lost and begin the long road to recovery ahead. At least 32 lives have been lost and over 2,700 homes lost. WWF is greatly saddened by the loss of life and homes, as well as all the injuries, pain, and suffering caused by the bushfires.
More than 12 million hectares of Australian land has been burnt. When habitat is lost, our wildlife suffers. “
