The Owner and Director of Training and Education of Maximum Sports Conditioning, Daniel Jahn has been in and around sports training for 19 years.

Laura was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She attended Seattle Pacific University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. While attending SPU, she was an oarswoman on the NCAA DII Falcons rowing team, making her an excellent trainer for rowers, and those seeking to increase upper-body strength and endurance.
Laura currently competes in USAPL powerlifting and is a seasoned podium athlete, gaining well deserved attention as she works her way towards Nationals.
She is an inspiration to all females looking to gain strength through weight training.
When working with athletes, she loves to challenge them to set and exceed their goals-pushing them to new heights and celebrating with them along the way.

Kalliy is a former collegiate and professional football player. He played safety, cornerback, and linebacker while attending Eastern Oregon University from 2013-2016, earning his BS degree in Exercise Science. Immediately after college, he signed with the CFL British Columbia Lion in 2017.
Kalliy’s interest in exercise science and strength training sparked during his collegiate career as he spent countless hours improving his athletic performance and mental game.
He brings a lively personality to his client’s sessions while being an excellent trainer for elite athlete training.

Sachin’s passion for athletics started at a young age. Growing up in Seattle Washington. Sachin participated in a multitude of sports including basketball, gymnastics, and karate. He is well known for his outgoing-youthful personality which keeps his younger clients in good spirits as they grind hard on their personalized goals. He believes that each accomplishment should be celebrated and is constantly changing up his tactics to keep his clients actively engaged in their progress. His initiative to create a leader board resulted in his clients aiming higher and achieving more than they anticipated.

Edwin was born in Japan and raised in Redmond, WA. He attended Shoreline Community College and transferred to University of Hawaii at Hilo where he played catcher on their baseball team from 2015-2018. There he earned my Bachelors in Exercise Science as well as in Japanese Studies. In 2019, he played for the California City Whiptails of the Pecos Independent Professional Baseball League as a 1st baseman and an outfielder.
His interest in exercise started while in high school, working out to get in shape for baseball.
When he isn’t training, you will find him working on his powerlifting technique and strength.
