Although I am of the mindset that giving up is not an option, I can lose momentum when I am low on energy. I get exhausted with trying so hard all of the time. I need to “protect” my passion so that it does not get dampered by the voices of neighsayers that linger in my mind long after the actual person is gone and some times completely out of my life.

Everyone loses momentum from time to time. You are human. But the person who is successful is the person who picks themselves up and gets going again. Why are you protecting your passion. No one can take it from you if you don’t let them. Substitute the negative talk of others with positive self talk. It isn’t easy as we are all so conditioned to have negative self talk but you can change that. Good luck
