As we review the past year we should be proud of our achievements but not complacent. Where we are now should be our starting point for the next year. Do not worry about those areas where you think you have failed. Remember failures are the stepping stones to success.
Sit down and write down what you plan to achieve in 2010.

So what your saying is…the power is in my hands? Sometimes I get stinkin’ thinkin’ and wonder why things are happening to me. Then I am reminded that the power is in my own hands and I am the driver of this ship. I am going to take some good risks this year and have faith that I can get back into great shape and take my skills to the next level!

You are so right. Your success or failure is in your own hands. At one time I registered for a course of study for which I had no background. I was kind of whining about how hard it was and how hard done by I was to have to work so hard. He took one look at me, said if you want it badly enough you will figure out a way to get it and walk away leaving me with my thoughts. Whenever I get done I think of this and realize how right he was.
